Little Creek Gardens is a picturesque organic farm nestled on the tranquil western shores of Okanagan Lake. Back in 1995, I meticulously crafted this artisan salad dressing to perfectly complement the vibrant flavors of our farm’s freshly harvested organic greens.

Over the years, it has become a beloved staple among our family and friends, and we are honored to extend its delightful taste to you. ASIAN APRICOT SALAD DRESSING 295ml

In 1947, when my great aunt and uncle settled on the Little Creek property, the land was filled with Nordic pines and fragrant apricot trees. Some of those trees still produce fruit today. This dressing captures the delightful combination of sweet and spicy flavors, merging ripe apricots with earthy undertones of sesame and soy, and finishing with a lively hint of ginger. It can be enjoyed as a salad dressing, on noodle dishes, added to stir-fries, or used as a light marinade to complement the bold flavors of barbecue.
